In our commitment to providing a new generation of services to further strengthen our value proposition to you, we are delighted to announce the relocation of the PCCI Group Corporate Headquarters to the Dubai International Financial Center in the United Arab Emirates, as a central action of our new long-term growth strategy plan. It is a new stage in which PCCI wish to share with our clients the best solutions to successfully address those new challenges that we all have, as getting and managing the right customer insights, improving the customer experience across the entire life journey and as a consequence, growing in a more efficient and sustainable way.
For this purpose, PCCI is incorporating new talent and will continue doing so in the future. We are pleased to announce two of the new PCCI’s management executives:
PCCI-Group Chief Executive Officer
Nidal Kamouni has dual French and Lebanese nationalities with more than 18 years’ experience. He graduated in economics from CNAM Paris, as well as holding a master in project management from the George Washington University; he subsequently pursued executive education at IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland.
Most recently, before joining PCCI, he worked as Chief CEM Business for Huawei Technologies Headquarters in China. Nidal also spent 11 years with the MTN Group as Group General Manager of Customer Experience Operations and was responsible for leading large transformational and outsourcing programs across 22 countries in Africa and the Middle East.
Throughout his career, along with the first 6 years at Orange France Telecom, make Nidal a professional very focused on excellence and customer service. He can prove with facts that improving the customer experience is the main differentiator of companies.
